Die Kardiologische Praxis im Medizinischen PraxisTeam will die Betreuung der herz- und auch lungenkrankenPatienten in der Region ergänzen.
Der Patient steht im Zentrum. Die Individuelle Betreuung ist uns sehr wichtig, und hierfür nehmen wir uns Zeit. Die etablierten Methoden der Anamnese und körperlichen Untersuchung nehmen einen wichtigen Platz in unserer Diagnostik ein. Gegenseitiges Vertrauen ist die Basis des Behandlungserfolges.
Durch langjährige qualifizierte Ausbildung und klinische Erfahrung, kontinuierliche Aus- und Weiterbildung und den Einsatz modernster Gerätetechnik ist eine exzellente Diagnostik und Therapie gewährleistet.
Die Zusammenarbeit mit den zuweisenden Kollegen und den internistischen und kardiologischen Zentren der Region wird gesucht. Die direkte und zuverlässige Kommunikation mit den Kollegen ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil unserer Tätigkeit. Mittels moderner Kommunikationstechnik möchten wir den raschen Informationsfluss und -austausch ermöglichen und fördern.
Die Gesundheit und eine gute Lebensqualität des Patienten ist für uns Aufgabe und Ziel.
Philosophy
The Cardiology outpatient office of the `Medizinisches PraxisTeam´ wants to complement the care of heart and lung patients in the region.
Central to our work is the patient. Individualized patient care is important to us - and we make sure to allocate appropriate time for it. Established methods like history taking and physical examination (the well known H&P) are the mainstay of our work. Trust between patient and physician is the basic element for treatment success.
By longstanding highly qualified training and clinical experience, continuous medical education and use of the newest technical equipment we guarantee excellent diagnosis and therapy.
The cooperation with the referring physicians and both general as well as specialized cardiology centers of the region is looked after. A direct and reliable communication with the colleagues is an important task for us. By use of modern ways of communication we want to offer and further an immediate flow of information.
The health and a good quality of life of the individual patient is our task and goal.
